From Boston (A52)

Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). Take second main turning right after rejoining two-way road into Scarbrough Avenue. Turn left at roundabout (St. Matthews Church) and proceed to main staggered cross roads. Turn right into Castleton Boulevard (dual carriageway). Clumber House Hotel is on the left side after a few yards.

Please note: there is no right turn at the A158 / A52 traffic lights cross road into Castleton Boulevard.

From Lincoln (A158)

Straight over traffic lights after Football Ground into Castleton Boulevard. Clumber House Hotel is on the left side after about 1/4 mile.
